Access Control - Why?
Access Control allows you to control who has access to your building(s).
Keys can be lost or copied which could result in the expensive procedure of replacing locks(s) and issuing new keys to all. Access Control means one fob/card for all doors instead of a large bunch of keys.
Electronic control allows for a far more convenient and efficient way to secure a building without the use of keys.
Fobs/cards are issued to allow access to all or any combination of controlled doors. If fobs/cards are lost they can easily be barred from the system and replaced with new with minimal cost, inconvienience and time.
NETworked systems offer additional features such as event logging, unlocking of doors during certain periods, access of certain groups can be applied during certain timing of the day if required.
