A Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) agreement is an effective way to ensure the long-term reliability and performance of your company’s industrial doors, dock levellers, barriers, and other essential assets. Through a PPM agreement, we provide tailored recommendations based on your business’s specific location and the usage requirements of each door or asset.
Our agreements are for a fixed price for two years with a tailor-made service level agreement. The agreement is 2 years meaning we’ll be on hand anytime to service any issues. You’ll receive quarterly visits from your dedicated account manager checking all systems are running smoothly.
